Alzheimers disease is usually diagnosed based on the person's medical history, history from relatives, and behavioral observations. The presence of characteristic neurological and neuropsychological features and the absence of alternative conditions is supportive.
Prognosis: Currently there are only few medications for Alzheimer’s and they do not have the power to slow down the symptoms and these medications do not reverse or cure the disease
